About WOTLK5
WOTLK5, also written WotLK5Man, lets a party of five clear every Wrath raid. Bosses, NPCs and mechanics are scaled for five players, with some encounters carrying extra mechanics documented on a wiki and in Discord. New characters get starter gear to push through heroic dungeons before raiding.
The project opened on 2 August 2024 and its news feed reports more than 4,500 accounts, 19,800 characters and 1,350 Discord members as of mid-2026. A fresh seasonal realm, Season 2, opened on 5 August 2026 with raids unlocking on 12 August, bringing reworked Mythic dungeons, a Great Vault, an item upgrader called the Anvil of Creation, legendary necklace enchants, new transmogrifiable druid forms and multiple talent specs. The site includes a wiki, armory, ladder and a Raid Builder tool, and requires a custom patch and addon to connect.
It suits small friend groups that cannot field ten or twenty-five players.
